I'm in the market for a new cat back system, and have found http://www.exhaustsuk.co.uk, who have an impressive range of tailpipe designs (including exactly what I had in mind). I'm not interested in power gains, just looks and sound, so I don't need any pie charts or graphs telling me that Mongoose are better ;) :D, I just wondered if any of you lot had ever used them, and if you had any feedback you could give me.

 

I have emailed them for an estimate, but they have not got back to me yet.

Hi mate,just to say there very very good,they were one time manufacturers of Cobra zorst system,(still are)hand made for all types of vintage and sports cars,then over last 10 years have expanded to cater for anything,have used them before and was well happy,they built a complete system there and then for my 24v Cosworth,they will and can do anything you want,literaly.If you dont find the right type of back box you can have your own designed,and any size tail pipes!Would defo recomend them.

ive used them a few times on my old cars and they've been pretty good

but the last time i used them i bought a jap style back box and the sample they showed me looked ace, all polished welds very nice. picked the car up after having it fitted wot i could see looked ok, got the car home had a good look underneath and they'd not polished the all of the backbox. also my boss has took his car there and had nothin but problems. but sayin that they've got a very good reputation.

They fitted exhausts to my 300 and my old 200sx.

200sx they messed up a bit - mounted it to high in the rear bumper and ended up with a big molten blob of bumper around the exhaust.

 

300 - they done a good job on, sounds lovely - just wished I had gone for twin tailpipes rather thatn 2 single 5" monsters.

 

They made the 200 sound gorgeous.
