ecu codes

i have been having trouble with my zed i have run an ecu diag and i think i got code 13 engine coolent temp i got 1 flash then 3 fast flashes = 13? would this cause this problem

 

when it gets to 5000 revs the car kangaroos badly with the revs jumping from 5500 to 4500 over and over and wont go any higher its kangarooing very badly but if i dont go to 5000 revs it doesn't do it. it does it in every gear

    i have cleaned the contacts on the sensor and it still does the same, does anyone have one for sale or where i can get one
