WHERE CAN I GET A GOOD DEAL BUYING AN X-BOX??? :confused:

After the 3rd of december there will be loads so dont get one yet mate. The X Box 360 is due out then and the older ones should be cheap as chips?

The original? I guess most places it's now pretty cheap with the 360 coming out in a matter of days, although I've not looked.

u after an original xbox or the 360 bud?? If u want just the normal one u can buy mine if ya like , hardly used and never use it. Bought it on an impulse buy a while back and get bored after 5 mins.

I was going to order more and sell them but decided not to bother. I wish I had now I think they are going to be in short supply. In the states its gone mad and people are fighting in the streets over them? Im just glad I ordered my sons one to be honest. As long as he's happy.

If your after the original I would reccomend getting a second hand one thats been "Sorted". I bought my kids one some time ago and had a 120g hard Drive fitted (60 games stored on the machine at the moment) and

chipped for 100 pounds (plus Console) but money well spent as games

then £3.00 and you can borrow games and download onto hard drive.

I ve seen them in free ads for around £150 sorted like this with games

The whole point of the exercise is to get as much as I can for it on eBay - to pay for Z bits ;) (new 'zorst first, then some ICE).

You can get original xboxes, chipped with games on the hard drive on ebay dirt cheap. I'd personally hold out for a 360 though, i had a play on one the other day and i can truly say, the graphics (on an HDTV) are as good as a PC. Seriously good quality mate!

Yeah i saw something about that! Did you know that microshaft make a loss on every console they sell? They sell them for $399 and it costs them a little over $500 to make them atm, so they are hoping their lost leader will prove profitable in licences and software!

i've got 200gig for mine, chips about 25-35 depending what one you get and a standard IED HD for around 50 for 200gig, then off to blockies hire a game and load it onto the HD , job done, you can also store all your music and films on it. plus they play and sort of media tooo

I managed to get the console,DVD Kit,steering wheel kit,2nd controler & 2 free games for only £99 from argos! Well Happy! :D ;)
