but what is the auto like around a track day, would love to go on the track but not sure with all those high speed turns and downshifts,

 

anyone here fitted one of those shift at will thingies to there autobox, so you can change gear at will :rofl: :rofl:

Chunk got on well with his auto on track recently

sly message : not as good as a manual would do though LOL

Auto's arn't great on tracks, I was using it as much as a manual as i can, shifting from 2nd, 3rd and using the o/d button when entering corners and using for engine braking.

 

Just make sure your box has PLENTY of oil in and you have an aftermarket gearbox cooler if your in a Jspec Z!!
