Not sure but I think that to be a traffic warden you have to have very little else worth living for :( ;)

the problem is that my dad recived a penalty saying that he was parke din a red route and there is no proof which they have to send you with your peanlty charge. also the parking ticket was not placed on the car or even givin to him and worst of all that that there was no traffic warden in sight.

as far as im aware "as arguing with traffic warrden taking pics of me work van "they started doing this as to proove the viechle is or was parked on said day and said time

Personally I think they should, because whats to stop a traffic warden who didnt get laid the night before just slapping out tickets willy nilly cos s/he's pissed off?

THIS IS FACT WHAT I TELL YOU. when a nob head first spots you parking were your not ment to be parked, he inputs it into his computer, then he takes a digi pic, which is set to date and time, he then has to wait 5 mins from time of completing them 2 tasks, if your not back within this time, he then can commence with finishing off the computer work. i.e issueing a ticket.

hope this helps

thanks for that people.

he was parked in a route route space (he was unloading to tell the truth), BUT the red route only commeced at 16:00 by which that time he had already left. is this information true?>>

1. parking Attendants must be wearing their uniform, which includes their hat. If you witness them issuing your ticket and they are not wearing their uniform or hats, then the ticket issued is invalid.

THERE WAS NO PARKING ATTENDENT ANYWHERE

2. If the Parking Attendant has not placed the ticket on your vehicle, or handed it to you, then the ticket has not been properly served and is therefore invalid

There was ticket on the car on given to him.

thanks

so in this case if there was a traffic warden he should put into his computer that he saw the car at 16:00 and should of waited 5 minutes making it 16:05. but on the penalty notice the the time given is 16:03 so does that help?

BTW the car was gone before 16:00 witnesses can prove that.

thanks again. lol
