Wheel clampers on 5th gear now

Cowboy clampers setting up shop anywhere charging people £200 to get their car back. Personally if some nob clamped by car illegally I'd **** him up with a wheel nut brace or something. Cheeky coonts.... really hope one clamps my dad, will be the example of all examples!
