use lint free cloth to clean em with, as I've just finished rebuildin mine and there's a small amount of fibres left from the cloth i used (not lint free) :headvswal But hopefully they will all fook off when i hit the loud pedal LOL or they're gonna drive me mad lol

Heres the best i could take, garage cramped at mo,

car still up on the stands,

and battery not in the car at the mo, so couldn't test lights as yet.

Built mine up last night and they look great! Stripping down my other set today.

 

The plastic inserts on them have been done with the tin foil appraoach many years ago and it is leaving a sticky residue when i take it off. Any suggestions what would be the best stuff to use to remove this before i take them in to be chromed?

Got mine out now, just gonna pack and send them off. Lookin' goooooooooooooooood!!!!!!!!!!
