It's like chicken Tikka....but a little 'otter..... :D :hyper: :D :hyper:

Great big stack of crispy popadums with sweet onion sauce and mint sauce, followed by Chicken Handi (hot) with pilau rice and a couple of soft fat naan breads on the side. And good luck with the new business too. Group Buy on curry :hyper: ;)

Chicken Madras is my all time fave. When i go south from Birmingham the curries are weaker. A chicken madras in Winchester or Kent is really weak compared to a brummie one.

Luckily i live only 20m from a good curry house :)

chicken chatt to start, lamb bhuna and a plain nann. Oh god I'm starving! I could eat that now and its only 9:35! Do you deliver as far as Whitley Bay? ;)

Good luck with the business

David

Lamb Bhuna for me, Washed down with a couple of pints of John Smiths. ;)

depends where i go - lamb tikka, spicy pappadum, chicken tikka korai lots of cobra or lal toofan followed by fresh banana kulfi if im in croydon, normally have a jalfrezi locally, or phall if im out with the lads, but love to do lamb/chicken tikka on a keema nann when at home. mmmmm

ooh and i love the flavours in bhunas and rogan josh, and, and, and..........................

Good luck with the business mate, hope it all goes well! My fav would be a chicken madrass, with bombay pots, taka dahl (sp?), keema naan, washed down with some kingfisher!

Come and have a meal at the Stafford Balti House mate, they do the best Madrases ever, its only half hour up the road and well worth it! I had a curry in Bournemouth last year, it was more like a tasty Korma than a madras!!

Chicken Jalfrazi

Plain rice

Bombay Aloo

Big plain/garlic naan
