Ok looking at organising a big meet in Jan 06, need to look to the new year to get things started and rolling for the North East. Gives everyone a chance to relax after the busy christmas period and show off their new toys.

January 21st as a provisional date, meet starting at say 5pm. North east venue yet to be confirmed, need to look into other options as backups.

Let me know if u fancy attending. 90 cars attended the last meet and everyone really enjoyed the evening. That was a wed night, this is a sat night, so lets get more people along!

Again police will be notified of the meet, and best behaviour again is requested.

Further info is available through http://www.japautostyling.co.uk/forum

Regards

Neil

My apologies, police havent been notified about the meet due to it being on private land (sunderlands ground) , but the Stadium security have every right to contact them if there are any problems, they were notified last time due to it being on council property. The police were ace last time keeping a low profile, other forums having local meets havent had any problems when the police have been there either.

Numbers for u lot I think I had 5 down. I currently have 127 cars down as coming, and JTuner are now attending.

The BBQ wont be up and running unfortunately mate no. But many thanks for the kind words, a lot of effort has been put into this from my side, lets hope everyone who says they are attending attends.

Sheffield convoy details - Meet at meadowhall retail park outside Toys R Us, Saturday 21st of jan at 1p.m for a 1.45pm depart. Look for MrBoosts Supra.

If you are wanting to join this convoy, please post your details on http://japautostyling.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1423 so we know who is expected to turn up.

Can clubs also get back to me with regards to number of attendees that are confirmed as attending. As advised earlier allocation is being sorted for clubs so you can all park together and still have room for latecomers, again details will be passed out as you enter the car park. Again hot food and drinks will be available by means of a mobile caterer, and AB Graphics may be attending (not confirmed yet) with their van so if you reqwuire number plates making up or stickers, Im sure they will have the necessary equipment with them for this, again will need to get this confirmed though.

I have also allocated a seperate car park for non jap cars (right next to the carpark being used), mainly people who have cars stored away for the winter or who are wanting to just come and have a look round. Could people please respect this as it is a Jap meet and we have had an extremely good response so far and we currently have 145 cars down as attending so the car park will be quite full as it is.

Best behaviour is again requested as the stadium of light are doing us a massive favour allowing us to use their grounds for the meet.

Any question please give me a shout

Neil

deff going to this now

will youm be in the pps section or the commoners section with me lol  ;)

Neil sorry for the confusion the PPS link Steve mentioned was from me and the 350Z club, we have five 350Z's confirmed plus Steve and two others if that is ok.

Our new store opens on the same day just around the corner from the stadium on North Bridge St ( the main road going over the Wear bridge) and we would be happy to give a £30 voucher for you to use as prize as you see fit, just let me know.
