I remember him having the same problem, insurance paid for a repair but it didn't match so they ended up paying for a full respray.

look at the ariel disc its a totally different colour bud. the colour of my car is diamond black pearl code 732 it has quite a high metal flake content wereas the new paint doesn't seem to have!

im really peed off with this nothing ever seems to go right for me ...but fecking tossers who don't give a shite about anything seem to get all the luck....

 

Sounds like same problem I had. WHen I had tailgate done I got paint mixed from the code.....compltely different in terms of Flake size, content and colours. Instead I had to get the paint matched my taking in a part of the bodywork(petrol cap) as paint code and paint colour nothing like each other.

that seems to be the case dave but surely a professional insurance approved bodyshop whould have noticed this. im so annoyed at the moment!!!

 

why can't these twats just do there job properly instead of wasting my time ..i wish i insisted on taking the car to one of the traders on here :headvswal :headvswal
