I'm up for a game now, anyone running a server? I can't seem to host... :(

If someone does put up a server can we have all cars available on the GP track please? :hyper: I'm loving drifting the Turbo round the bends :D

I like the game, but it's sad that you can't see other players home-made car skins. I made this very nice one (my opinion) but no one can se me using it :( I wonder if this is just dependant on the server, or if it actually is impossible...

Seems totally pointless unless everyone else can see it!

Yep! You can check out my skins in the previous LFS thread if you want too.

I'm sure it's an option, maybe you have to have the full game rather than the demo?

I have seen other players skins in a server... some servers come up with messages like "couldn't load Mr X's skin" etc. but I can see the other racers... so it can be done I reckon

Anyone got a server up yet? ;) :D

I'm getting ClientConnect: connect failed. You running the full game or the demo version?

Cheers,

Bart

Get the full version and i'll make a server, demo is pony, full version is awesome.

I asked on the LFS forum, you need the full version for custom skins :(

Everyone who play LFS, please extract the files from this archive to your /Live for Speed/data/skins/ folder, and you will be able to see my skins in game, when I use them. You can use them yourself if you want too :)

Just tried ##300zx.co.uk## again out of curiosity, and am now getting a different error message: Host has a different game code. One day I will actually get to play this game against another human being. :)

Looks like I can't log into anything: getting the "guest info" problem everywhere. Think it might be something to do with Norton Internet Security - cursed thing. Will have a look at it tomorrow. For now am going to go and do something less stressful like repeatedly slam my head in the fridge door or something.

PMSL    You'll get there eventually mate

Unlocked S2 License... you were right Chris this is awesome
