which is the fastest??

the ones i have take like 2 hours to burn a dvd,

I would say nero is the best by far, but it also depends on your DVD writer and discs. For example, you burner may be 16 speed, but your discs may only be 4 speed.

Get the latest Nero to make sure it supports the maximum speed of you writer and discs. You should be able to burn a dvd with a good setup in 5-10 mins.

Try http://www.ukdvdr.co.uk for cheap DVDs (DataWrite Optima Blues are my fav).

sonix.

I use NTI-CD it is pretty good...

I've got ROXIO, and it takes fookin ages to encode and burn a full movie (NO I'm not talking PORN ;) ) I'm running a Celeron 2.7, and it takes about5 hours to complete a DVD!

Use tmpeg encoder, its not as simplt to use as someo f the software BUT yu have total control over the whole thing.

I wrote a template and can get a dvd of 1 hr 35 mins onto a normal 80 in cdr and its vhs quality if not better.

Give me a shout if you want me to snd it to you ITS FREE and i have loads of templates for svcd, dvd etc etc as well as a few i wrote myslef ;-)
