If it's the same one I was thinking about it was in the Guinness Book of Records. Thing was I thought it all turned out to be a con and it had a Russian tank engine or something, with RR rocker covers !!!

did anyone notice thats a British Made, 1942 -61 Rolls Royce MERLIN in that thing?

as used in spitfires, huracanes and beleive it or not Cheiftan Tanks.

Thats because the original engine in the p51 mustang was pants, it didnt have the range or altitude that was needed to accompany the bomber planes, so they used the RR merlin engine which allowed the p51 to become a very gd ww2 aircraft...thanks to british engineering

I believe the later models of the RR Merlin engines were running something like 2000bhp with water injection.
