On the Cars For Sale section, would it be possible to take off the old threads when the car has been sold?

when people are looking for a car, you start reading through the threads and think about buying the car, then later you find out its been sold. Just thought it would be easier if the old ones were taken off so you could see what was for sale more easily.

you could always contact a mod once its sold & get them to lock the thread - i think it would be a good idea to leave the thread intact TBH

Or a specialised icon next to the thread title in the list with a big red X so you know it's sold? No better than Jock's suggestion, more of an alternative.
