what are you looking to import?

If importing a Z, the prices are so low for club members cars that I would recommend that route.

I have imported numerous cars and now find a decent private sale offers best deal all round.

yeah looking at z32 at the minute i can only afford to insure an NA though

 

only trouble with buying private there's no option for part ex. unless someone wants to sell an escort gti.

 

i'm in no rush so looking around for a good bargain is not a problem just would like to look at a few import sites maybe even go see them and have a chat.

The NA and TT are in the same insurance group, and since the NA is Import only, you will usually find that a UK TwinTurbo is cheaper to insurance than an NA Import.

 

If you shop around at the right Insurers, you can also find negligable difference in Insurance price between Import and UK, and NA and TT.

Drop john barker an e mail, dafydd i believe is selling his n/a and you will struggle to find a better one.

i've done insurance quotes and found those who'd insure me for the na would either double the premium for the tt or refuse to quote.

 

most insurers don't even list the na.
