The Plan for this month is a centrally located South West Meet, to make it easier for all of us to meet up.

 

Meeting point - 1pm

Easy to find place along Main Road(A3022) into Torquay.

From there we will then move onto a Pub along the Beach front (Im just waiting on the Address of chosen pub from a friend). Will post exact details asap.

 

For those coming from Bristol area, we can meet at the Puriton Inn Car Park, Puriton (just of Junction 23 M5) at 12pm and convoy to TorquayMap

 

Those coming from South of Torquay, may want to arrange a Meeting point for convoying there too ?

If distance is a concern, bear in mind its only about 45mins from me, and Im about 25mins from bristol motorway junction.

Thats good news Kev. The puriton Inn is visible down a side road on the left, just as you drive into the village. (see map here ).

 

Im hoping to have some more interest from our members in Cornwall/Devon though, or this Meet location (torquay) may not be worth it.

I'm a no I'm afraid. Like John, I can't make it due to work commitments. Would like to try and support events that are a little further away - especially when others take the trouble to support the Cornish ones (Dave and Legarth). Maybe next time.

I think its probably best if we cancel the Torquey idea for this month, and rearrange joint meet another time.

 

..and becuase only those attending are from the Bristol area we should arrange a meet closer to home ?

 

1. Gordano, then Sasha's pub in Bristol

2. Puriton Inn (as it was in the original meeting point for convoy idea above)

3. Other suggestion ?

 

Its only a few days till sunday, so can we get some votes/suggestions ?

 

Would be nice to see some of the Familar faces again that have gone a bit quiet with attending meets recently ;)
