Hi im Ali from the SE, i've just joined the club and have brought my UK spec 300zx twin turbo manual in black about a month ago. I love it to bits.

Thought i could do with your help in what turbo timer i should put in and where to fit it?

also which alarm i should get to make it compatible with the turbo timer?

thanks

Have a little nosey in the traders area bud. Some good guys in there can help you out.

The little Greddy tt's are neat and you can get a matching boost controller.

Welcome Ali,

As James says, check out the traders section! :D

welcome to the club mate. having a compatable tubby timer and alarm is very nice but not necessary. my ApexI and Toad aren't compatable but its no bother.

thanks lads,

dave but do you have to stay in the car until the turbo timer is finished or can you just lock up and leave the car?

well you can leave the car, but the remote keyfob wont alarm the car until the timer has stopped the engine. TBH i cant see myself ever walking away from my car with engine running, even if its locked and has handbrake-cutoff - most of the time i only run my timer for 10 secs as i always lay back my driving as i approach my destination.

:D Welcome to the Madhouse fella........

OR you can save yourself a few quid and take it easy for the last 2 mins of your drive home, never have and never will see the point of a turbo timer.
