Paid But Account Locked

I renewed my membership the day i was informed it was to expire in a few days. looking today payment has been taken but i am unable to access any pm's sent to me, please sort this out asap thanks.

ps still haven't had a wecome pack or sticker from last years membership, quite possible i won't get one this year also.

    How did you pay ? I'm still at work so don't have access to my records etc, but will manually fix your account now.

    Mine did the same, I think the PayPal subscription is working fully for auto renewing the account.

     

    p.s There is no Welcome Pack. Just stickers.

    Yes, there is a steady trickle of Paypal problems - it doesn't always seem to synch up with the database.
