have any of you guys thought about a meet for october? i was thinking 23rd or 30th would be good for me anyone else? and some ideas on venues atb kev

we are currently looking at the 23rd oct i'll be there not sure who else in s/west is coming i'll put a post up

i will book the car park and a meal for all of us that will include a discount also but i have to have definate numbers..

 

also!! please dont say yes if your not gonna turn up. as this could be one of our regular venues for meets and meals etc.. the hotel is there also if anyone needs to stay over.

 

i will speak to sean tomorrow and see what he can do.

right i need definite numbers so i can pre book, no time wasting on this one, if your in. your in, pull out and you will have to pay a cancellation charge as the menu will be bought in for us for that day. and the reservations made, which means guests that otherwise would of booked in cant, sean wont be happy if he loses out on bookings with me ..

I'm in London the night before and not sure what time I'm home Sunday so can't say for defo sorry. What sort of time were you thinking?

Sorry guys i'm going on holiday that weekend.

right i want a minimum of 12 people.. or i cant book, and these have to be definate, no pull outs..

 

come on... it will be a very good night, meal etc.... very nice place, rooms if needed. reserved parking...

 

but i need a minimum of 12 people for the booking to be viable for sean.

 

im gonna let it run for a week and if the numbers dont come up then i wont book it

the other option is i postpone this and have an xmas party in december..

november the 19th saturday at the elm tree. for our welsh xmas bash, south west members welcome also.

 

i can book for a mid afternnon lunch or an evening lunch its up to you.

 

right. numbers. as many as possible, please, add yourselves to the list plenty i will let it run till the end of the month then i will pre book, dont add your name if you cant bee 100% sure of attending. deposits will be required, non attendance means loss of deposit.

 

now if we are all happy with that i will ring sean and book.
