    Tomei are a big JDM outfit,they make special cams for all types of Jap motors,including Skylines,they run a R34 GTR in Japan with 8.5 sec 1/4mile,they allso make AFM,Clocks,etc,so what you have there is an exhaust system made for them,but will be"JASMA" approved for the JDM market,very rare system. :)
