Tar-ox Brakes?

Hello all,

I was looking at the tar-ox six pot calipers and large discs for the Z, (which, let's face it has brakes that shouldn't be put on a micra, nevermind a 280bhp 1600kg car.)

And was wondering what you lot think of them.

Does any one have them? how would they compare with the Skyline brake kit?

Will I still have ABS?

Thanks for any help,

Brian

I Wetn and saw them in Italy and i was keen on the six pot kit but ive heard that they arnt that great and there were lots of fitment adjustments required.

So i put Skyline kit on and alli can say is wow!! Best Single mod ive done to my car yet. These brakes are incredible.

I would go for skyline, very simple straight bolt on.

Go with the Skyline brakes - for the performance there is nothing better for your £££ wink.gif

As Warren says they are a direct fit and the whole job takes less than an hour - don't forget to bleed the system wink.gif

Other things you could do are fit stainless brake lines and a master cylinder brace - these are the only other weak spots in the 300s braking system but the biggest difference by far will be the skyline conversion.

Thanks for the info guys, Skyline it is then!

Cheers,

Brian
