IT Help

I am building a database in microsoft access at the mo, and i am stuck on something which is really simple, i just cant remember how to do it!

I have a query set up, which works. I have set up a form with a textbox, which allows the user to enter the search criteria (in this case it is the name of a country). How do i make a macro/module which will take the text string entered and put it in the country field in the query criteria and then run the query? I can attach buttons to macros/modules but cant remember how to take the text from one text box and insert it into a query, help would be much appreciated as i am *****xed without this !!

Have remembered that within the query builder there is a certain bit of code you can enter which makes it ask the user for the parameter, its like " " or something like that, but i cant remember the exact syntax :(
