Heater / Blower fuse

MY heater is not blowing anymore.

I fixed the ballast behind the glovebox a while ago and its gone again.

 

Is there a fuse I can check anywhere before I rip the ballast out and order a replacement?

 

Anywhere else to check?

    sussed it - deffo the ballast as Ive now earthed the blower and its works fine (albeit on full blast).

    time to get a ballast resistor - anyone got one????
