yes NTL and Blueyonder are producing 10Mb connections, mostly for VOD.

 

It may be slow because they are testing, or shut down a few routers for the upgrade or mantaince.

Its for Cable TV. You bit like ordering a DVD, but it gets streamed to your TV. There is a selection of hundreds of films, and you can watch it when ever you want.
