I have just heard that the CSA is on the verge of collapse, Im not sure to be happy about this news or not! I have 3 kids who I love to bits, They stay with me on a regular basis, I buy them birthday/Christmas presents, Day trips, Clothes etc, but the CSA have always screwed me every month. Im also bringing up another mans child and he pays Fook all and never has. Sooooo will the govenment raplace the CSA with an equaly useless organization or (Deep Dread) something worse??? :(

I was paying my ex direct but she didn't believe i'd keep paying her so she got the CSA involved.

I suddenly had to start paying out £500 a month which was ridiculous but the worst part was my ex didnt receive a penny for 11 months!

Served her right but I was furious I was paying all that cash and my daughter was getting nothing :(

Bunch of ****ers if you ask me.

My Daughter was living with me and visiting her Mum on the odd weekend. She signed on and answered the question: Have you got any children? Answer yes (of course). CSA then asked her for my details which she refused to give them as our Daughter was living with me and she wasn't claiming for the nipper anyway (which they were informed of in writing several times), and that any bills relating to childcare I pay, plus helping the ex out too when she needs it.

 

Well long and short of it was they reduced her benefit (After 15 years of working and paying tax and NI into the system :mad: ) - told her she was entitled to 25% of everything I earn :shock: (even after explaining again that our Daughter lived with me!!!!!) and 6 months later has had to sign off as they won't leave her alone about it. Her Sister though had a kid with some low life who instantly dissapeared yet they can't get him to pay a penny.

 

Don't just scrap the CSA, take them out in to a field and bomb the *******s, ****ing incompetent bunch of :xxx:

deffo agree ,I have daughter of me own and the missus has 3 from a previous marriage. The are 12 , 7 and 6 and the :xxx: of an ex has never paid a penny ever !! and when the CSA chase him , he tells them he has no job , When everyone full knows he is an estate agent and earns a fookin fortune !! derserves a good fookin :smash: :smash: :smash: :smash: if i ever see him !!

When i split from my ex she wouldnt let me see my boy for 8 weeks then when i got to see him i paid her directly and asked her to sign for it so i had a record for when the csa got involved. My son would come round to me in rags every time i had him, so i would buy him new clothes that i never saw again! and new trainers basically everthing. When she decided to tell me to "stick the money up up my arse" i still offered every time i went round. The csa didnt count me having my boy from 10.00am to 7.30pm odd days because it wasnt overnight so he obviously didnt need anything ! (yeah right)

And when the csa were involved because she didnt have any "beer money" this came straight from my son,s mouth they told me what i had paid her was "irrelevent" and the fact she told me to stick it was "irrelevent" they are a bunch of :xxx: it has gone on for 8 years and i have read the big childrens act from front to back!! The only clause in it is that if the relationship with your child is being severely disrupted by the involvement of the C.S.A. they will take it to court to be heard in front of a judge. This was tried by a lad and was put back several times and took 3 years!!! They should take every case back to the courts and award moneis according to circumstance and the genuine fathers/mothers who care. I have had to pay 3 times to have access to seeing my son over 8 years ALL of which there were no grounds for her to stop me seeing him. It only stopped because she was told she was wasting the courts time. Fook it i wont go on any more!!!

I take my hat off to you for actually offering to pay for kids.... i wish my daughters dad was the same... but then i think i'm better off without the hand outs and i've mange so far. Plus BlackMagic is the one she calls daddy because he the one thats there for her and provides for her. :cool:

Thats my point Mrs B, They dont chase up people like your ex, Which is why they exist, They target people like me who have always done the right thing by there kids. :mad:

But it always seems to me that the bloke gets stung for money and the Ex gets all the benefits, is this correct, do the women always get it their own way and receive the benefits? It sounds infuriating to me.

Perhaps I am old fashioned but I believe a man should have to pay something towards his childrens upbringing, when money is payed and not used on the children, that is when it is wrong.

I totally agree buddy what p*sses me off is that if it went to court the "good parents without care" and the bad ones would be rooted out and a fair balance put in place. If i had my way he would be with me but a soliciter has already told me i have a 1 in 500 chance of that happening!!!

I must admit it does seem like some women just try and get as much money out of there ex's just for the sake of doing so and the kids don't see a penny of it (in some cases). I was offered to get csa onto my ex but i said no as i didnt want him seeing my daughter! I do agree though with the dads justice thing thats going on though as there are hundreds of dads/mums out there paying for there kids and trying to help and do whats right but are still given no say over there children which i think is wrong (in some circumstances).

I think if you are helping with the cost of bringing a child up you should be also given parental responsibility as well. You can't be expected just to be the person giving out cash with nothing in return and no say over what happens regarding your child.

I split from my ex and walked out of the home 13 years ago leaving everything to her so my 2 boys didnt have the upheaval and trauma of not only loosing their dad but their house as well i signed everything over and left with only a 7 year old 405 pug .....i paid every month without fail 800 pounds by court order , now after 13 years the boys are men and working ,her house is paid off the boys never wanted for anything and the payments have stopped , it is like having a good wage rise , i get on fantastically well with my boys they always saw me every time i was on leave and they come to stay with me now with their partners , i have 3 children now with my new wife they are 5 ,3 and 9 months and if we ever split ( heaven forbid ) i would do the same again ....the kids are the innocent ones in all of this and the CSA should think of the hardship and trauma they cause to the children when they are making life intolerable for the parents .For those fathers who never paid a penny .......then shame is not a word strong enough for what they should feel .....any pillock can be a father it takes a real man to face up to the responsabilities of life and be a father ......for a woman bringing up kids on her own I TAKE MY HAT OFF...FULL RESPECT its a bloody thankless task , Scrap the CSA and replace it with people who have gone through hell caused by them, maybe then a sensible approach can be formulated .
