That confused.com is terrible. I had the worst quote I have ever seen of that site of...wait for it..£45 grand! That was for my legend coupe that I have at the moment. They are always really expensive

Not so - got a quote for my daughter off them and it was £500-00 cheaper than her current companies quote.

That was for a 19yr old, 1 yr NCB, 3 pts on a 51 reg Pug 1.6 cabriolet, fully comp. (And with only £250-00 XS)

Mr Z32king try Norton Incsurance - 0121 246 6060(ask for Jason). Got mine fully comp on a classic policy, 6000mile p/a for only £335

Cheapest for me was budget

My cheapest quote was 1700 quid - everywhere else was over £3k

Oh the joys of owning a Zed with no no claims bonus and having to put through a claim on my last car as some T**t lost control and hit me, writing off my car... Guess what!?!?.... He was uninsured...

Well i've accepted Elephant.co.uk TPFT for £887.20

It's the cheapest by far of all mentioned, I'm just glad it's out the way now :duffer:

Have you tried all the Jap car insurers in the back of the Jap mags...?? tend to be quite good ;)

Try Bell.co.uk

There cheaps as chips!!

Try Lifesure...http://www.lifesure.co.uk my missus got a good quote from them...let us know if they do you any good...

HTH

0121 246 6060, number for norton insurance. did mine fully comp for £367. limited to 5k per year (but with rising fuel prices anyway?!). im 27 3 points full ncd.

HTH, gaz.

Mate, how old are you, if you don't mind me asking? Best part of £900 for TPFT on an NA seems a bit harsh to say the least.

25, 3 points, 4yrs ncb, in London.

Still seems kind of steep. I guess you've probably tried Norwich Union all ready - they gave me a pretty good quote. Worked out at under £800 for a manual TT, fully comp. Can't remember the exact amount as I had to pay a bit extra when I got my new wheels fitted.
