    my best mate just found out it was my b'day lol after 10 years of friendship haha. not that i care, as my zx was an early b'day present for me. going to goto a restaurant and then go home and sleep. i know you just couldnt get a better b'day than this.

    Trained fo about 12 years myself until my training partner

    and best mate died in his sleep 3 years ago cant be arsed now.

    Yes mate plus i damaged my rotator cuff quite bad

    but that is quite good at the mo so i might get

    back into some light stuff soon and lose a few

    pounds ive put on
