John showed me how it's done...

I popped up to see John Dixon a couple of weeks ago.

 

Anyway he took me for a spin in his Zed and really taught me a lesson.

His car is the most sorted Zed I have ever seen and he proved it to me by hurling it around corners at ridiculouse speeds.

 

At one point the back end started to come out and we were doing about 85, with a little adjustment John had it back under control before I had even realised.

 

It's not just a great car, but a great driver too. just wish I had worn a nappy! Thanks John.

    Lol, cheers Mike forgot you'd taken that photo. Hopefully it'll be a lot more sorted in a few months. Will probably have forgotton how to drive RWD by then mind!!

     

    Any chance you can count the turns lock to lock on your NA rack for me? Forgot about it when you were here.

    No worries John, I'll have a look when I get it back from the garage. the bloody radiator needs to be replaced!

     

    I was thinking about the steering rack, would mine be different beacuse its a 2+2?
