Looks good aaron, very very nice. What paint did you use?

Painted - the paints made by Plastikote - temp stable to 150C (I'm hoping that bit doesn't get hotter than 150C then! smile.gif).. It's available in Halfords - £5.99 a can.

I needed two cans of colour - but then I did put on 2 coats of primer, 4 coats of colour (or was it 5?) and 2 coats of clear laquer..

I'll be laquering the rocker covers (cam covers, to be pedantic) blue as well - but I will be using very high temp. stable two part laquer for that (ahh the headaches, the wooziness! Lol).

I was going to polish the water pipes - but I simply want to get it back together now! Then again, given how long my parts might take to turn up, I probably could have polished them... mad.gif

Oh and if anyone is wondering what the strange black thing is in the bottom centre of the second pic... It's a bucket, coolant, with a nice film of ATF fluid on top (note the colour..Oh dear! fluid change time), with a latex glove, and oil can top floating in there.. Lol smile.gif
