Speed Camera's
Thought this might be of interest to you. Found out by accident after I was flashed by a speed camera the other day but did not get a ticket. I found out that recent government legislation changes, following on from
the Freedom of Information Act give access to speed camera offences registered within the last twelve months and is placed on a freely available website.
Did you know that every time you go even a mile or so over the speed limit it is registered and placed on the database? They only send a ticket if you are more than 10% plus 3mph over OR [and here is an interesting little known fact] if you receive over 20 "near misses" you can now check how many you have against your cars registered number. Check this site
It will ask you for a password but click on 'need a password' and it will give you one in a pop up window. In the top right corner there is a click-on window and it even shows you the picture taken by the camera.
