Now i was looking at selling tickets at approx £25 and limiting to about 180.

 

Do you think the zed has enough intrest as a car to be able to sell 180 tickets?

 

Im going to get the front bumper painted first though to help lol

??? dont know what you mean. its had a lot of money spent on it and has a lot of aftermarket parts that are less than a year old. Its left your car for dead twice and will time and time again :)

should do it also had a superchips remapped ecu thats now been replaced and i'm running 14psi boost,with lowered suspension so sticks to the road a little better

Dont want to get rid of it but money is tight and the car has become something that needs to go.

She runs without problems (even went to JAE and back without a hitch 400 mile roundtrip) Has leather interior thats in good condition, has a turbo timer and boost controller.

 

I cant see why somebody wouldnt want it, must better than a lot of zeds out there.

Yeh that was the point i thought i was loosing some water and was worried about her getting to JAE at the time as the rad cap wasnt fitting right, but never lost any water :). Just purchased another rad now as im just not happy with how the rad cap fits so it isnt a problem anymore.

sounds like it coul be a goer then :). going to aim to sell 180 tickets but will close raffle 1 week after the 160th ticket is sold as would be happy for anything between 160 and 180 tickets.

 

Still deciding wether to spray bumper as whoever gets it can put the old std one on and sell the unpainted wings west one at a good proffit if they dont like it.

 

Going to decide by end of month whats happening as im gonna try and sort out my finances before hand as i dont want to sell, but if if i cant then :( bye bye zed.

ebay dont like you raffling tickets mate or i would. could do the draw at either a sw or national meet, thought id need a lift home after lol. already got 30 people at work wanting tikets.....starting to feel the pressure now as i know the car wont be replaced with anything and it will be a long time before i will be in a position to get another decent car.

Mate I am having all my docs and rules and regs etc drawn up the weekend as I am gonna raffle mine as well, funny how seeing the Skyline raffle kicked me up the arse and got me to do it also.

 

I'm gonna do 220 tickets at £20 a go and run it for a month to see how it goes.

 

If you need any help with the docs etc give me shout as I will have mine sorted at the weekend.

I guess the key thing is you might sell lots of tickets or very few. If it was me I wouldn't sell my car like this cos I'm a coward / tight but fortune favours the brave and all that.

I cant lose really as the rules state that 220 tickets have to sell for the draw to take place, if I dont sell enough tickets then I have the choice to either refund the money or purchase a prize to the value of the tickets sold minus any charges I have accrued and then this will become the prize so anyone who takes part will have the chance to win a prize way higher than the £20 staked, I will probably get a plasma screen or something as the prize if I dont sell enough :D

 

Fingers crossed I do as I would love to give the car to a winning ticket as how good would it be if you got a zed for £20 :hyper: :hyper:
