Targa roof panel opening problem

The plasic surround has been a bit loose on the NS panel but has been opening OK. This morning the unlock sliding part would not move enough to release the handle. Moved it about for 5 minutes unit I eventually got it to open.

Its still open, and off the car, so I wanted to try and fix it before it goes back on. I may not be able to get it off again!

Has anyone had this problem and knows how it comes apart, I took the screw out but there seems no obvious way to pull it apart, the locking switch seems to stop it.

    looks like there was a piece of loose plastic that jammed the unlock switch, all working now.. thanks
