fastest setting is...............remove the auto and fit a manual!   ;)

TBH it doesnt make much difference. aving the power on all the time seems to drop the gear faster when you decide to just boot it. OD off is good for normal roads if you want to be quicker but make sure you switch it back on if you hit about 120ish.

What and wait for the turbo's to respool every gear change LOL yeh right.

The only thing i miss about not being manual, is that sweet PPSHSHHHHHHTTTTT between gears, i have to wait till i lift foot for that :(

"each to their own" ;)

Yup, that's the quickest on rolling starts etc.

Which way do people find best to launch from standstill?

I've been trying different ways and just wondered what other people have found?

I'm just waiting for an excuse to get a manual conversion... I'm really starting to miss my old Manual Zed now... even with it's whining gears and the aforementioned turbospool between gears...

Am I missing a button on my auto? Where's the Power button? I only have OD on the side. Or am I being thick?

I noticed that when you boot the car the power light comes on anyway. Forgive me if this has already been said. But yampie...you only get the power button on powerful cars. (im such an ar5e arn't I)?

that's weird, it should have a button that says Power & Hold on the top right of the selector area

ohhhhhhhh... you learn something every day here! :duffer:

fastest setting of all is buy a white z lol

I can only assume it comes on later models than my humble underpowered 1991 UK TT?

PMSL. fair play. what a good answer.

Cheers Vini, I now know UK models just don't get that button, even though I am very humble. LOL
