rusting treatment on crap jacking points

most of you may agree the original nissan jacking points are the most useless jacking points ever..

the Official Jack just scratches the surrounding paint and walla 2 months later a bit of rust appears...

 

obviously want this perfected as I dont want rust on the car at all especially as it has none elsewhere!

 

any help appreciated as Ive never treated rust before...

 

its not mega bad at the moment but we know how that soon changes
