Interesting engine noise

I need help! I'm gettting a glug, glug, glug sound coming from the bottom of the engine, it sounds like fluid moving. The noise used to go away once the car had a good run. Could a worn oil pump do this or could it be something worse?

 

I have removed the AIV's so it can't be them, i'm hoping its nothing major!
