Can anyone help ?

I been using my FTP files to upload things to my sites, now today, i cant get into them, keeps telling me i have entered wrong address, or i dont have access, then a list of things like, username 1-50 allowed names

cant obtain secure annoynamous ftp

    get in touch with your ftp host. sounds like their protocol is fooked. happened to me a while back
