I havent fitted 6x9's in my front, but I wouldn't have thought that you'd have much of a problem. But bear in mind that there needs to be room behind the magnet for the window to drop down, and also would you want to keep the original grill, or replace this with the grill that comes with your new speakers!

As for the rear amp, the standard one feeds just the two rear speakers, sorry but I don't know the wattage.

You'll need to remove the original metal bracket, and create a new one out of MDF using it as a template, but with a hole for 6x9's instead of 6.5".

The MDF would also work as a spacet to bring them out a little way, so they did'nt touch the window behind.
