Harry Potter book: Has any one else just come back from the book shop?

I have been to Tesco and bought the next Harry Potter book with my girlfriend. There was a huge queue. Has any one else had to suffer as I did?

    Going to pick my other halfs copy up tomorrow. Already ordered it 2 weeks ago. I really enjoy a good Harry potter. But the films not the books.

    our store opened last night at 00:01 just to sell this book for a couple of hours, and it's not even a 24-hour store! i suppose its good in a way cos if youre a real fan or if your kids love the books then its like a second Christmas. :)
