Back in May i sent a cheque to a member of this forum for something they were selling, they are a suscribed member and the cheque was cashed 31.05.05. I paid for the item plus postage which came to £280, its now 01.07.05 and i still have not recieved it :confused: :mad: the member first of all said they would post it then they said a mate was coming this way and i could meet him, then it was back to a courier which never arrived twice and then it was they would come down in person yesterday and deliver it still not here. I have pmd the member saying that i am a bit p1ssed off and so is my misses for waiting in for ages for something which has never arrived, I have not had a reply yet. What should i do?? I dont want to name the member just yet but if this carries on past Tuesday 05.07.05 i will name and shame.

If you do not receive a reply by 05/07/05, then, IMHO, you are within your right to 'Name & Shame'.

Send Mac1 a PM with this to55er's name.

 

Let him do the name and shame if you still get no joy.

Name and shame mate. If they do that to subscribed members they honestly dont deserve the great help and great banter that we have on here. I have had dealings with a few members on here and service has been spot on. maybe I've been lucky so far but I would like to think that the majority on here are diamonds who just love thier Zeds and dont mind helping others who feel the same.

I have the persons full address!! but the problem is i also bought another item which i recieved pretty quick but that was only £100 plus postage and was not as heavy. But i have paid with a credit card cheque so if worse comes to worse i can ask credit card to recover money, but i will give the person benefit of the doubt as he has sold items to quite a few of you already. I just feel now like he is taking the p1ss a bit.

Name and shame might help others avoid the git again but wont get you your money back or item delivered. I presume Macca is the man to help you? I admire you for your patients with the member but as everyone is saying he has had long enough and over 200 quid is a lot of money. Toss him to the lions mate. Fock him.
