Firstly id like to thank all the guys who turned up at Dover for the trip. The ones that didnt turn up, well, you miised some great weather and some lovely roads.

As said in other threads there was highs and lows! mainly with Chris's car, but it was all sorted and very well done to the guys that helped out and to our new european friends who, without them there could of been even more lows.

Was good to meet Peter Nendels, Eric Lymon, Danny (mean machine), Marco, Blacky and the German chap who runs the http://www.twinturbo.de site (sorry ive forgotton your name).

Id like to say a HUGE thanks to Tom, Brian and the rest of the crew at Import art that helped Chris out loads, also, for the endless amount of beer you kept giving us lot (you wont need to bring any to JAE) Great guys! :D

The KOE event itself was pretty good, lots of very fast cars, the overall winner was John Sleaths Audi S2 (1400hp's worth) which i believe did a 9.0 @ lots of MPH!

Eventually after the problems on Friday/Saturday we all got together and got a few beers and caught up! A few have stories which i will let them tell you!

The Sunday where we all stayed together (at last ;) ) was good, a few sore heads thanks to beer eh Mr C!! Ohh BTW, i'll send you those shemale pics for your approval soon

Oh, and if anyone fancies putting my spare gearbox in for me, id appriciate it as i blew mine up somewhere near cambridge on the way home :( Big thanks to Chris (GetGReddy) and ChrisC for you help :)

Thanks guys for making it a memrible weekend (in so many different ways!!

Now on a serious note..............

Greg did make it although stayed with Chris (Getgreddy) when he broke down unlike some which buggered off and left him at the side of the road :nono:

Were you there.........NO.........Do you know the circustances........NO!!

If i'd known that Chris had broken down, I'd of been the first to stop. I'm saying no more on the matter as its got no concern to you.

 Only just read this, sorry to hear :( Luckily it went nearer to home. Hope it sorted soon.

Not entirely sure what the water leak problem I had was, we initialy noticed I had that slight leak from somewhere near back of engine, but after that It never lost a drop of water and temps were spot on all the way home.

1200+ miles and 35c+ heat - Reckon we did'nt do to bad for reliablity problems.

A Big Thank you to Chunk and Chris for assisting with organising the UK side of things.

Now on a serious note..............

We got a runner next year

just found out my mate won this in his '34 coupe, he was the mad git in the black hot rod.....was well chuffed

I thought it was the 1400bhp Audi S2 that won it. Perhaps the Audi won street legal category...as there were cars there that were not street legal (slicks...etc)

I think I remember the Black hot rod. There were some amazing cars there.
