Bobby does it again.

EBay are on his hit list now for allowing people to sell Live 8 tickets for a profit. Its a cruel world now-a-days and money is the driving force. Free enterprise should be allowed to flourish and if that means people make a profit by selling what someone else wants then so be it? They aint exactly stopping them from getting anything are they. They are allowing someone else to go in there place but at a price. It aint like publicity is free either BOB?

The kind of coverage he will get from all this is astronomical.

Ethics go right out of the window when money is concerned. :( I'm not a big fan of Geldof, but got to give him credit for at least trying to do something about the misery that humans inflict on others for money and power.

The criticism he got for not having enough black artists in the line-up pissed me off too, especially when 'pop stars' and politicians start grabing for the headlines/cameras by condemning him for it. WTF are THEY doing about poverty and injustice? Also, if you had a concert in Hyde park with the leading bands being African, who the f*ck would want to go, and how much publicity to influence politicians would it generate? NONE!

SELLING the 'free' tickets on e-bay is unethical, and not in the spirit of the event.
