i ordered an apexi avcr from him on the 10 may. delivery was to be 7-10 days.........guess what i havent received?

just had an email from this guy.

he "PROMISES" that i will have it in 1-2 weeks max!

 

ive read the links to the other sites and i see im not the only one with probs from him. :(

 

one of the members on the site said they went to his house to see whats happening and he says he seemed a decent helpful guy who was experiencing genuine problems with deliveries.

 

dont know what to do?! :confused:

 

certainly dont feel like getting ripped off £230 though!!!!!!!!!!

its a bit of atricky sit is he a conman or is he a genuine seller with a dispatch problem

 

Ive had dispatch problems and it don thalf make you look like a liar

after speaking to him again, he has offered me a refund that he says i will receive by mon/tues.............i hope!

Surely if he is fookin everyone EBay and paypal should be able to do something about it?

Said he was having some delays/problems with his supplier and everyone was getting on his case but there wasnt much he could do at the moment, fair enough he does have a young kid (noted toys and sticker in car window) so that bits the truth. He explained he got married yesterday as well and all the car parts thing is a "ball-ache" at the moment, but he has ads in magazines etc.

 

The fact he was willing to show me his stock without me even suggesting it and also the way he acted makes me think maybe he is having problems with his supplier, but still thats no excuse not to give you all a refund.

 

He asked who was it who hadnt received there powerfc etc i could only think of Jamies name, he said he knew you etc and had spoken to you, he mentioned Chris as well, but i just looked puzzled because my mind had gone blank, (sorry mate!)

 

Anyhow thats that, inspector Ryan lol, I explained i wasnt trying to hassle him or anything but its down the road from me and saves everyone else a long trip, maybe its worth seeing him in person to put your minds at ease and discuss where to go from there????

Following on from the promised refund i was getting (c couple of posts back) by the mon/tues, guess what.........didnt get it!

 

filed a complaint with paypal as its obvious he aint gunna cough up.

 

just got an e-mail from paypal saying:

 

"we have given this case in your favour, however when trying to recover your funds the sellers account was only able to pay out £65.77."

 

now i know im not the only one who has ordered and still not received goods from him. so whats he done with all that money hes been paid????????? :confused:

 

getting seriously brassed off with this "trader". im normally a very nice easy going person, but this guy is really pushing me to the limit..........im thinking of taking a drive from scarborough to warrington to have a chat!

 

also beware he has just started advertising in the Jap Performance mag as OP Performance...........dont get ripped like i unfortuanatly have :cry:
