dont skimp on your suspension, it's partly keeping you on the road. Eibachs are the ones ;)

Eibachs are 25-30mm which is hardly noticeable at all :)

Thats your problem then, sounds like the shockers and springs are foooooked, changed them for KYB/KONI's and Eibachs and that should do the trick :)
