You shouldn't be shooting at a Zed. "Police generally do not aim at wheels of moving cars or a suspect's limb when opening fire, for fear of increasing the chances that a bullet will miss the target and hit a bystander." So why do it????

That guy (and all the ones on the other cop video shows) talks sooooooo much shit. What they read out bears little relation to what you are actually seeing, it makes me laugh!
