So far so good.

Luck that all my hardware I use have 64bit drivers.

Everything is really fast and smooth.

You get Microsoft Internet Explorer 64bit with it, and for speed, it beats FireFox hands down so far.

Maybe Microsoft have learned their lesson with it, and made IE better.

Any one else using it?

got it - just havent put it on yet. I was waiting to see what people thought and how stable it was before I spend a day reconfiguring my system, watching it cras, then going back to xp sp2

Make a dual boot. Go get another hard drive for £30 and put it on that.

Where did you get it ? I think my dual processor machine may like it ....

I got plenty of hdd space - 920GB :)

But system is online 24-7 and dont want to take it down - may have to wait for a reboot then try and dual boot it :)

do you need any particular hardware to run it (apart from fairly up-to-date obviously)?

Other than a 64bit processor, you mean? :)

:D Then no, as far as I know.. ;) :D

So far I have not had any problems running 32bit programs. When you look at Task Manager, you see a *32 next to some apps. These are the 32 bit ones. There is also a compatability wizard for the ones which dont work.

assuming you mean legit ;) you can get it here:

Sorry, I had no intention of donating ~£100 to MicroShaft for a test system ! ;)
