I am looking for Simon H. the guy selling nose panels. I have ordered and paid for one but have had no reply either to say yes its on its way or no i,ve run out. I paid on the 18th so i would have thought i would here by now anyone know if he is contacable by phone or if he is on holiday or something :confused:

Yeah dave thats the one i wanted to know if the other guys had recieved theirs when they bought them around the same time as me i will send another e-mail and give it a week if no reply i will report him to e-bay. if i dont get my goods i see a trip to nottingham coming !! :mac1:

tbh i had to wait a few days for mine and i did get a bit borried. but in the end it did arrive safe and saound as promised. maybe he has none in stock at the moment? i dunno just guessing.

mate get ebay to give his contact details before you leave feedback or whatever because the amount of people that are quick to leave feedback when the get no reply from emails when its actually there email thats not working in the first place ie those ****y hotmail accounts etc

 

so if oyur getting no reply try a different approach first

I was gonna try to contact him again but also i thought if the word goes out here if he is having trouble e-bay end then he could contact me here.

I got a reply from him yesterday. He says they are made to order so it will take a short while before they arrive.

I fitted one on my old Zed, was ok, not great. But then i am rubsh at bodywork.

Strange about him not replying bud....

He replied to my emails very quickly and also gave me a call to confirm address.

He seems a genuine guy and is probably overwhelmed with the orders he's received and is selling them quicker than he can make em ;)

As for my wings I ordered...

I got them a while back and was quite impressed with them.

I dont seem to have these waved rippples that people speak about but im sure all will become clear on a base coat...if so...then i'll just get it profiled over...no worrys...all in a days work for a proper bodyshop.

guys - just to let you all know I am aware of this problem and trying to get to the bottom of it :(

 

there has been a bit of a communication breakdown between me, the supplier and the dleivery agent.

 

I hope to have answers to all the outstanding questions by monday.

 

I can only apologise to those affected and assure everyone else that a better system is now in place!
