Because we slag it off a bit here it's only fair they do the same :p I looked at a long thread about gto versus 300zx , and never seen so much absolute shite! All talking about how the 300 blows an engine trying to keep up!................The 'drab' interior of the 300zx, handling is crap, no way near as powerful.....and..........get this.............we don't have 4 wheel drive.............................oooooooooooooohhh, damn :headvswal ................oh, and we all drive a hairdressers car by the way :rofl:

 

 

Sure all you guys have read this before, but an eye opener for me! there was one Z enthusiast however defending us and on the 'hairdressers' quote he replied 'but isn't the GTO just a big Mr2?'..........classic.

Just been out for a spin and got 'involved' with a guy in a black GTO.

 

We eventually pulled over and got chatting. I have to say that he was a top bloke !!.......He's done £15k on his engine with the aim of producing 550hp. I have to say it was very quick.....and sounded pretty good too - powerflow exhausts with quad side exit tailpipes !

 

Twin TD05's and fully rebuilt lump.....he was awaiting an FMIC and some other stuff.....

 

As an indication of his attitude to the car it was running nitrogen in the tyres - very stable under heat apparently.

 

Just thought I'd share.........
