Help on fitting of rear seats needed

Hi Guys, noticed today that my rear seats arent fixed down! The base has 2 metal loops that seem to fit over a threaded stud but I cant get a nut started coz there isnt enough thread showing through. Is there a special type of nut and washer to fix these down?

    I am sure that the 2 metal hoops you are talking about just push into a white plastic fitting in the floor that you can see with the seat removed.

    Cheers suffolkzx, its the fitting at the back of the seat base that isnt fixed mate. It fixes right under the seat back but not a clue what type of fixing it uses!
