Gutted for you. Was just admiring the car in another thread.

You've gotta get it fixed! A car like that just can be scrapped. I'm sure you'll get all the help you need on here.

Best of luck with it.

Thanks everyone still have my fingers cross they will repair it as the garage it is in didnt know it was actually insured as a modified vehicle and based it on the book value of a stock zed, hoping to get a second opinion from the zed centre as they built the car in the first place fingers crossed hey

The garage will have no say whether its written off or not, all they will do is quote for the repair work, the insurance assesor will decide its fate.

Out of interest, which garage is it at, would hate to see that repaired by an insurance approved garage!! :nono:

advantage valley in hanham it has gone to but I think it needs to go to more of a specialised garage some who knows a bit about the body kit and the blending of the bumper and bonnet

sorry to hear that Yami, glad you are ok. my zed is still for sale if you cant get a re-build ;)

Tattooman pranged his GTR on the way back too... must have been something in th food at Japfest...

Yami real sorry to hear about the accident............if the worse comes and the car is written off i have access to a fair few salvage auctions were [if you wanted!] we could bid to by it back! but fingers crossed and it does not come to that.

Glad you are OK Yami.

Sorry to hear about the damage to the car.

At least now you know what happens when you try to spin one of these cars.

If the insurance wont cough up for repairs then ask if you can salvage it - I actually made money from buying back my first scooby taking the bits I wanted for the replacement and selling the rest.
