Mind, my mate had a Metro (ahem) turbo a few years back, he locked his keys in the car, went home to get the other set and somehow locked them in aswell!! Caft Dunt!! :D

thank god it's not just me :)

GET THIS. Theres always a story to tell:

Last month my work mates locked the keys in their van. Called out the 24 hour breakdown service offered by the hire company. Got a message "sorry this office is closed. Please ring back between 08.30 and 17.30 to get breakdown assistance"

NO JOKE! had to break into the van in the end.

On my clifford i have an anti hijacking thing where the doors lock when the car is running so one cold morning i thought i would be clever and start the car to warm it up for a bit but keep the alarm fob so i could unlock the car once it had warmed up, thats when i discovered the alarm fob doesnt work when the key is in ignition.my car was sat in the drive for an hour and half before a lock smith came and opened the doors.

thats what got me aswell clean forgot that with keys in an battery back on itd lock em at least now i know the z is quite a tough n to get into :)
